Highly recommend Pepper Cover. Calm, family friendly, and well maintained. They ask for a lot of information for approval which I think is good. Apartment we moved into was renovated with no issues. Office and Maintenance staff do a great job of taking care of the community.

I have lived here for 2 and a half years and I have no complaints. The maintenance staff and the office staff was wonderful. I had questions about my contract and the office staff educated me on certain things and I was very grateful for that. The location was great for me and my family, it was quiet and a family friendly atmosphere. My neighbors were great too. I wish I lived there longer but I had to move out of state due to my husbands job. You won’t regret living here! It’s so cozy, people are nice and community is quiet and peaceful.
