Jen was such a wonderful employee. She went above and beyond to help with my long distance move back to Texas. She was always so kind and hospitable to me and my mother. I wish there were more people with her customer service and kindness. In the end my plans changed but five stars for this community and Jen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Camden Riverwalk has the best maintenance team. We put in a request about our dryer at 1:56. By 3:04, the request was completed and dryer working again. LaMontra was very helpful and informative on the issue. LaMontra fixed the issue quickly. Also, LaMontra cleaned up very well after himself. Thank you maintenance team for all that you do for our community.

I have been very lucky to live here at Camden Riverwalk Apartments. I can't begin to describe what a heaven this has felt like to me. My apartment is beautiful and I'm tickled I get to live in it. I love my view from my balcony! The apartments are perfect sized and the features are excellent. I love my granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. I love that I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. I've only had a few issues to call maintenance about and they were always so professional, caring, kind and fast. I would call about an issue and have it resolved within a day or two every time. The maintenance crew is stellar here! The Neighbors are lovely as well, I have made a few chatty friends while walking my dog around. I love my next door neighbors they're all nice and polite without being nosey. The front office staff is also incredible. I have had lovely conversations with them when I pass by and/or have questions for them. They are attentive and conversational. The pool and workout room are very well kept. I have enjoyed every visit to the pool to swim. The pool is maintained everyday and it shows. It is quite a popular place to be in the summers and the staff clean it up every morning so it looks like it was never touched. I'm so impressed with the ground keeping as well. There's never a branch or leaf out of place. I have also really enjoyed my walks on the path around the pond. Many afternoons have been spent on that trail and it is very peaceful. Keep an eye out for wildlife though! Living here has felt like a extended vacation to be completely honest. I feel like I live in a luxury hotel and all my needs are taken care of for me. I will be so sad when I leave. It's been such a peaceful and relaxing living experience here. I know I'm really lucky to live here. Also, its really safe feeling, there's never been an issue with packages at the doors being taken or anything like that. I have seen my own neighbors have packages outside their doors for weeks at a time and no one will touch it. Very respectful neighborhood for sure. Also, I love the valet trash pick up, that has been a really nice touch to the overall experience. Thank you Camden for being an amazing place to rent. You guys do everything with such excellence and I have noticed the care you put into making this a wonderful place to live.

I just moved in this week. This property is nothing short of stunning! It's well manicured and cared for. The staff in the office, Sharla, Katie, John and Jen, have given excellent customer service. Jennifer was so patient and gave me video tours while I was living in Southern California. This woman went to the mat for a prospective new resident. I moved from Camden Crown Valley in Mission Viejo, California. That's a long move and very intimidating. Camden has always been an incredible company that provides amazing homes to their residents. You'll always read complaints since 99% of people only post when they're upset. That will always come with the territory. If you just keep in mind that just because someone is unhappy doesn't mean you will be then you'll have the best experience here. This neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. Gas! It's less than $3 a gallon! I was paying close to $6 in California! My previous property doesn't even compare to this one by a long shot and Riverwalk has superior amenities and again, it's just a beautifully maintained property. The maintenence team just came by because I was having an issue with the washer. It was simply operator error. These guys, I don't know their names, were quite thorough and professional. Everything here is operating perfectly. The apartment is beautiful, the appliances are gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. The staff here is exemplary. They were ALWAYS available and responsive. That is EXACTLY how you turn prospects into happy residents! Thank you, Riverwalk! This resident is over the moon to be calling this my home!
