Great leasing office staff and excellent maintenance staff. Stephanie helped us get our unit in July while we we’re relocating from our home in Hawai’i. She made the process smooth and seamless. It was a huge relief knowing we were so well taken care of with such a big move. Our unit was perfect. After moving in the only time we ever needed help was with a minor issue which was a repair to an outlet and the maintenance staff was super fast, friendly and efficient. So glad we chose Parkside Commons!

During my 9 month stay at Parkside Commons (unfortunately cut short due to relocating for work) I have been very pleased. Unfortunately more often than not people seem to only write reviews when they are disappointed, so I am writing this from an unbiased standpoint to inform future residents what to look for. The management and staff-Jessica, Juan and Devyn have been very helpful and professional and were always quick to return my phone calls in a timely manner. Gabe the maintenance manager and his crew were quick to correct deficiency's around the complex and I never had a problem with them in my apartment when I wasn't there . Location- The apartment's location had a very safe feeling being tucked in the back of Chelsea. There are many cameras surrounding the building as well as police cruisers that usually sit behind the restaurant “Chili's”. In my opinion Chelsea is a double-edged sword, there is nothing really “up & coming” about the small city but on the other hand it is not nearly as scary and dangerous as people make it out to be. Building/structure- The apartments noise is something that impressed me in a good way. For the most part the residents in building are friendly and tend to stick to themselves which works for me. In my 9 months of living here I never heard or had problems with any of my neighbors. The hallways and exterior of the apartment are kept clean and presentable. Going off what the gentleman said about stained carpets yes building two is a pet friendly building, pets along with children typically are a little bit more messy. In the grand scheme of things a few stains on the carpet are very minor. I have never seen ants, mice/rats, roaches or any other type of unwanted creatures in the building which to me is a lot more positive. All and all Parkside Commons impressed me and I am glad that I moved here. From my understanding they had a management change a little bit less than a year ago, and I think that they are learning and adjusting well as time goes on. I hope this was helpful and was able to shed a little more light on Parkside Commons.
