This is my first apartment and I've been enjoying my experience here so far. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Robert was very informative and helped make my move in process as smooth as it could be. Right after moving in I noticed that my balcony door wasn't latching properly and there was a drip coming from my bathroom ceiling. Ricky and Caesar from the maintenance staff responded to my maintenance requests pretty much immediately and have been an absolute pleasure when dealing with my requests.

Alex Martinez is new to the Fairhaven community. However, I must say that in the short time I have known her, Alex is proactive, professional, and does her "homework" when dealing with tenants like me. She took the time to come to my apartment in order to resolve an issue I needed help with. It's refreshing to have a person of her capacity take time out of her day, ready and prepared to solve a problem. I have lived in the Fairhaven Apartments for over 5 years. I truly appreciate everything Alex has done and know that she is an asset to this community. She definitely needs to be recognized for her efforts in going above and beyond the "call of duty".
