I moved here 2 years ago and have not had any regrets…the office staff is amazing and they are very personable. I just signed my third lease and will be upgrading to a bigger unit and they made the process extremely easy for me. I love how quiet the community is and they keep it looking extremely nice. The brownstones give you the feel of being more in a house rather than an apartment and I love that.

I don’t think that you are able to find a perfect situation no matter where you go. With that being said, the brownstones were about as close as they could be.
I was able to acquire the apartment, signed the lease and pay all of the fees before I even made it to the state of Texas. And I love the 30 day guarantee. If you were not happy with your apartment, you can break your lease in the first 30 days. We had a couple little hiccups, they’re very particular about the trash. And will not knock on your door, instead, you will get the passive aggressive warnings. The only other issue that I had was about a month before I moved out, it was with the Internet. Without going into it, it was an absolute nightmare, that they have since corrected. You will not run into the same issues that I did.
Onto the good. The apartments are clean, and relatively up-to-date (Best dishwasher I have ever had).I love that there’s an attached garage to every unit. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and if you have an issue the maintenance team will be there quickly. It may not always get fixed on the first try, but they won’t give up on you.
The property itself is well-maintained, there’s places for you to walk your dog, and they provide trash receptacles as well as bags to clean up after your pets. I personally don’t have a dog, but I never had any issues with pet owners in the complex not cleaning up after them. Maintenance walks the grounds every morning and picks up trash, as well as the trash Valet m to f.
As mentioned, previously, I have since moved. The move out process was quick, and relatively painless when it comes to dealing with the office. I even got about half of my deposit back, which I feel is fair. They were timely, and didn’t drag out the process. My only feedback is they do turn off auto pay, when you give them your notice, and that has the ability to cause problems. Other than that I am over all happy with my year there. If I find myself back in Dallas, I will absolutely consider moving back to The Brownstones.

I love this management team! I love the community. Even the maintenance to grounds keeper are just genuine nice. Everyone picks up their dogs waste. Every home has a beautiful magnolia tree or beautiful home vibe. Beautiful wreaths gives you an idea of home is where our heart is… I lived in another town home one year prior. I wish I would have made Brownstone my first choice . It’s the clean, quiet , calming and a peaceful place to reside . I love my place . Honestly, I am not in a rush to leave . The closet and the garden tub is perfect . The master bedroom is huge! Thank you to everyone in the office that have been patient, kind and helpful with my transition from home owner to to townhome living ! I appreciate where I live and definitely management. Dynasty
My fiancée recently moved into The Brownstones Townhome Apartments, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with her experience so far! From the moment she moved in, it’s been nothing but positive. The community itself is beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home.
I want to give a special shoutout to Anthony, the manager. He’s absolutely phenomenal! Anthony goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and his professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness are unmatched. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their residents’ satisfaction, and he genuinely makes a difference in the community.
If you’re looking for a great place to live with top-notch management, friendly neighbors, and a comfortable, well-kept environment, I highly recommend The Brownstones Townhome Apartments. This place truly sets the bar high, and we’re so grateful to be part of it!
I recommend this apartment complex. Maintenance handles requests in a timely manner, it’s very quiet and clean place to live. If I wasn’t purchasing my first home I would definitely stay. I’m glad I picked The Brownstones as my first place to live since moving to Dallas.

My husband and I have renew our 2nd term lease and could not be any more happier. This a truly home and family oriented community, Susan. Lucy, Kendra and Jackie are like family to us. I don't think will ever leave this piece of tranquility comfort and security that the brownstone offers us. Thank you for letting us be part of the fath communities family.
I was referred to the Brownstones by a friend of mine as I am relocating to Dallas for work and need more space for myself and kids. Pulling up my first impression was a clean neighborhood-like environment. When i walked in I was greeted by Andrea who was very friendly and welcomed me to take a seat. I let her know specifics of what i was looking for and she attentively listened. She went over floor plans, pricing, policies, and application/move in procedures and was very upfront and clear. I got no vibe office staff was trying to hit me with additional costs after leasing like most apartment complexes. After seeing the 3 bedroom 3.5 bath I was convinced as the home had everything i was looking for as far as garage, space, upgrades. I do plan on leasing here when my lease is up in March. If you’re in the market for a new place i encourage you to go in and speak with Andrea or Breyyah.
