The price and location are good. Also, the apartments have nice renovations. That’s where the positive ends. So far since I moved in, most of my packages have been stolen, my car was hit with no one to claim they did it, and the walls are so super thin you can pretty much hear everything your neighbor is saying/doing. I had two issues that I put into maintenance that were never resolved which makes me not even want to deal with them anymore. When I moved in I had a horrible experience with management and now I do my best not to bother with them as well. Find a different place to stay if possible.
