These are seriously the best apartments I’ve ever lived in! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. The staff is super friendly, and the cleaning lady here is incredible. She works so hard to keep everything spotless, and it always shows. You can see she genuinely cares about keeping Adara clean. The amenities are awesome: a great gym, a gorgeous movie theater with a cool atmosphere, a coffee room with a big balcony, and a nice view. Everything is brand new and super clean. The location is perfect right by the light rail, and the post office, which makes life so convenient. There’s also a park nearby and a few basketball courts, so it’s easy to get outside and enjoy the area. Honestly, I don’t get why people say it’s unsafe here. Sure, some parts of Tukwila aren’t the best, but there are security guards here all night, and I’ve always felt safe. The parking lot is huge, which makes parking super easy. The only thing I’d change is having the gym open later, maybe 24/7 or at least until 2 a.m., since it closes at 10 p.m. Overall, living here has been an amazing experience!

I had a great experience with Andrew Ponsler, the maintenance supervisor at Adara Apartments in SeaTac. He is incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to help. Whenever I had maintenance requests, Andrew addressed them promptly and effectively, ensuring everything was taken care of with minimal disruption. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor really stand out. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend him for any maintenance needs! Simulators are awesome! 5 stars for you Andrew ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
