2000 Connecticut is one of the most ideal apartment buildings in DC! The location is fantastic - easy to get to downtown, DuPont, Adams Morgan, Woodley Park and really anywhere in the city. The management team is wonderful and very responsive (fix maintenance issues within 24 hours) The roof top and apartment views also can’t be found anywhere else. Highly recommend living in this building it’s a great value.

I have lived in multiple Keener Management buildings over the past 3 years and rank 2000 Connecticut as #1! The management team is extremely nice, helpful, and does their absolute best to make D.C. living easy. The maintenance team takes care of most issues the same day that you notify them and without question, which relieves so many headaches you’ll find anywhere else! We do not regret moving to this building for one moment.
