Great location for a great price. The property manager (Claudine) is amazing and makes herself available! She makes sure the tenants are taken care of with repairs, mail that comes in, and question/concerns. I recommend Lakeview Apartments 100%

A Lake Merrit gem. If you want to be right outside the scene this is the place. Neighbors are friendly and dogs are friendly. More importantly the property manager Claudine is heaven sent! I could go on and on. She’s everything you would want in a property manager. She goes above and beyond.I’ve never met a property manager more honest, trustworthy, and extremely accommodating. If I had anything I needed done she was on top of it. Maintenance guy is also awesome.
