Golden Given is conveniently located with quick access to I-5 and a multitude of shopping and dining options. We have 1-bedroom apartments. Our apartment homes are a great value, featuring updated appliances, wood burning fireplace, a patio or deck and vaulted ceilings in the top floor homes. Our community features covered parking and newly updated on-site laundry facilities.

It’s a very nice quiet place for me and my family to live! The complexes are kept very clean and is in general a friendly community that makes you feel safe. The manager is so sweet very welcoming when you walk in the door always smiling and I feel that If I ever had an issue she is going to have it handled !

This is my first time renting an apartment and becoming a tenant that is not under family ownership. Alexsaundra who is the Community Manager worked alongside with me and helped me become a resident to this quiet, discreet and so far, family friendly environment. She also keeps in great communication and is very easy to reach out to and get a hold of. She has made my experience of becoming a tenant very easy as I was discouraged by the chaotic stories of apartment searching. I really enjoy the Community so far.
