My time at this apartment complex has been outstanding, and I owe much of that to the exceptional management provided by Gerald. Gerald's professionalism and commitment to residents are truly commendable. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure any issues are promptly resolved, making living here a stress-free experience. The property is always well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. I highly recommend this complex, and I'm grateful for Gerald's dedicated management.

I had a wonderful time during my lease. Camille and Gerald made feel like I was part of a family. All of the residents are also nice. I didn’t feel unsafe. It was the best first apartment!

Recently, I encountered a serious issue in my apartment, and Camille was the only person who provided the dedicated assistance I needed. Camille’s professionalism is truly exceptional. In every situation, she remains composed, courteous, and remarkably effective. While my experience with the apartment complex as a whole may be a different matter, Camille's commitment to addressing my concerns went well beyond what was expected. She worked tirelessly to ensure that I received the help I required, demonstrating a level of care and determination that was truly impressive. This review is solely to highlight Camille’s remarkable efforts and the positive impact she had on resolving my issue. I have nothing but good things to say about C Street Flats. I had to quickly move in December 2020 and after viewing an apartment, I was able to move within a week! The buildings are well maintained and very quiet. I have only had to make two maintenance requests so far and both were fulfilled within 24 hours. The office staff are amicable and very helpful. I love the fact that the buildings are locked because it adds a necessary layer of security. I hope to stay here for several years because this is truly one of the best apartments I’ve ever rented. Keep up the good work!

Great staff. Gearld (property manager) knew his stuff and was very helpful. Beautiful, clean, safe and modern apartments. Been here for only a month and very pleased. Application process was fast. Approved same day, moved in three days later.

Lived here for almost a week and absolutely love it! Just make sure you get the right apartment for your stuff. The apartments overall are on the small side, the alcove is very small. Great for me, but may not be great for others. The leasing office people are great though and very helpful and friendly! They will help you out if you need help deciding which apartment to get.

I moved into C Street Flats in April of 2020. The property manager Gerald and Camille were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. They were professional, empathetic, and made each interaction a very homely vibe, My apartment was the perfect size and an easy transition while moving from a house I sold. The location could not be any better because there are restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance, and it is quiet. You cannot go wrong in choosing C Street Flats as your next home.

This is a great community to live in. Gerald (property manager) and his assistant Camille are really professional. Any questions, concerns, or thoughts I have been addressed in a timely manner. The property is clean, has good amenities, and is on a dead end street which makes it very quiet, cozy, and community oriented by default. I would highly recommend c street flats. I have also attached a photo of our living room! Love this place.
