The buildings are comprised of a nicely restored vintage home converted into 5 individual, single-occupancy rooms, and 3 architecturally modern towers, each with 7 single-occupancy rooms. A few of the most affordable vintage rooms share a bathroom with one other tenant, and all of our modern tower rooms have private bathrooms. Six of our select tower rooms have additional loft space. The Village also features fully furnished common areas that everyone shares, including 4 well supplied kitchens, a dining room, living room, and multiple outdoor patios and community gardening areas! The dining and living spaces are furnished with coliving in mind, offering ample room & the cookware, cutlery, dishes and appliances to host a large dinner. Many rooms at The Village offer spectacular natural light through floor to ceiling windows. There are several outdoor patios and seating nooks allowing residents to get some fresh air. Residents can unwind at the end of the day surrounded by community minded housemates, or pop around the corner to eat, shop, and drink on Mississippi Avenue.
