I loved living in the Delano. The people, Cody the property manager and Dorine who works security at the front desk to name just a couple, are wonderful to be around and so accommodating and helpful. I always felt safe and welcome at the Delano. The apartments are beautiful and have modern appliances. It's also in such a convenient location to the red line on the metro. If I find myself back in DC, I will certainly be looking for places here. Can't say enough!

We lived at The Delano for a year, before moving to our own place. Management is definitely top notch. Starting with Dorian and Sue at the front desk and Jose at maintenance. And of course David at the Management's office, who made sure that all our requests and needs were satisfied flawlessly. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and manageable. We are very happy about our experience there.
