The property is very nice and the maintenance staff is absolutely awesome. My air conditioner went out in the middle of the night; they had their guy over here in 10 minutes! Lucky had it up and running in no time. I'm very impressed with this place. Nicest apartment complex I've lived in so far, and I've lived in more than a few.

We have a short lease here, but I'm sorta sad that we didn't check out these apartments when we first moved to Fort Smith. We had moved here and was renting from the Links, and the apartment, while bigger had a disgusting roach problem that wasn't handled at all. Management was rude as well. Nothing but nice things to say for the Marina Apts, maintenance is friendly and works on the problems efficiently, Management is great as well. The covered parking is a great feature to have when it's been raining or really hot out. There is a pool, but it's remained closed due to Covid.
