About The Vue
(RLNE1990016) Need a nice apartment with no deposit? Look no further! We need someone to take over our lease which absolutely breaks my heart! We could pay the lease break fee but why not save someone the trouble of having to pay a deposit! My husband and I are excited to say we will soon need another bedroom! We currently have - One bedroom -One bathroom - Amazing neighbors -Washer AND Dryer comes inside the apartment! This complex comes with.. - Olympic size Pool with amazing view of the mountains! - A gym that has recently been remodeled and is much bigger than seen in the picture. New pictures upon request! - A pool table for family fun! - A gorgeous Dog park and lots of free area and room around the apartments. -Apartment security circles through 6 times a night, so I always feel extra safe when my husband has CQ ! -pets are allowed! We do live on the third floor but have became friends with all of the neighbors in our building and honestly enjoy their company on a daily basis. All utilities are included in you're rent accept electric which usually runs us about $30.00 a month. You do have to do an application through the leasing office and have a clean background but it's super easy! We will pay one application fee if you pay the other! If you move in the first of the month you will not have to pay a dime! You also get our security deposit when you move out which is around 200. We will also be leaving some things if you need them! Just to help out! You will notice this complex is surrounded with newly weds, military spouses or single soldiers. It's very quiet where I'm at, I've heard others say different but I personally love this apartment. Any other information shall be upon request!
