Lease Information: -Studio water fee: $35/month -1-bedroom water fee: $45/month -Minimum lease term of one year. -Security deposit of $500.00 required. -Utilities must be transferred into the tenant’s name at lease signing. -Smoking is not permitted inside the property. -Pets may be considered with applicable pet fees and monthly pet rent. -A non-refundable $200 pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent may apply per approved pet. Additional lease terms, fees, and community policies may apply. For Application: - A mandatory application fee will be charged for serious applicants only.
