When more single-family residences emerged in the mid-20th Century, the bungalow court concept was largely left behind. Now there aren’t enough homes, and Highland Park Bungalows is an effective way to bring affordable homes back to the market. These are brand-new homes for rent, located on a serene stretch at the corner of San Pascual Avenue and Elgin St. Avoid the hassle of a competitive escrow and transactional process and instead pursue a much more seamless leasing process. Our 3-bdrm townhouse is approximately 1,172 SF, perfect for a family or a group of roommates, or anyone else looking for a spacious, two-story house. Each townhouse comes with a private deck and a private balcony, and both of our townhouses come with 2 reserved parking spaces adjacent to each townhouse. Pets under 30 lbs are welcome. Pets above 30 lbs will require special permission from the Property Management company. There is an additional security deposit of $500 for residents with pets and additional pet rent of $50 per month. Each home is different, offering different sized outdoor yards for residents to create their own private spaces. There will also be wood benches placed under the central oak tree and lots of nighttime lighting in order to create communal gathering spaces during the evening time. Most of the ground is covered with gravel to give the landscape charm and make residents feel they’re in their own little oasis. There is ample parking along Elgin St, where residents can pull in and walkthrough the main visitor gate to access their home.
