Been here for a few months now and everything was gone perfectly so far! Weekly food trucks and events are a nice surprise, maintenance is friendly and quick to respond, and everyone at the leasing office is extremely professional and responsive. The gym is updated and the pool is very relaxing with grills and TVs nearby. It's also located in close proximity to supercharger stations and plenty of shopping.

I've been living in this apartment complex for almost two years now, and I can confidently say that Raul, I believe he’s the maintenance supervisor, has been a major reason why my experience here has been amazing. Raul is incredibly attentive and always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything I need fixed is taken care of promptly and efficiently. His dedication and hard work have truly made my time here exceptional. Whether it's a minor repair or a major issue, Raul handles everything with a smile and a level of professionalism that is unmatched. I can't thank him enough for making my home such a comfortable and well-maintained place to live. Any maintenance company would be incredibly lucky to have Raul on their team. His attention to detail and genuine care for the residents set him apart. Thank you, Raul, for all that you do!
