I really like it here. It's safe, the neighbors are nice. Thank you very much to the leasing center staff and Ms.Ashely. They always help me solve problems quickly when I need them most and are very friendly to tenants.

I have been a happy resident of Waterstone Apartments in Chatsworth for many years. I enjoy my apartment and the complex as a whole. It has always been a lovely place to live. But what makes Waterstone stand out is not the physical aspects of the development, but the people who make things work each and every day. Management teams here over the years have always been good. But good for the current team is not enough for them. All that I can say is that Donia and Simone are rare gems. They are the best! And they do it all with a smile. I travel a lot, yet I know that everything will be right when I return because of this team. If there ever is a service issue or a concern, they will make it their priority to see that each and every resident is happy and satisfied. And by the way, the maintenance manager is wonderful and really cares about fixing things right the first time. So thank you Waterstone for having people like Donia and Simone on your payroll. They are worth every penny. And so is an apartment at Waterstone. Daryl Smith
