Avoid the 55 and take surface streets to Mothers' Trader Joe's and Triangle Square. South Coast Plaza is less than 2 miles away. Easy access to 405, 55 and 73 freeways. 10 minutes to John Wayne Airport (SNA).Lots of little shops nearby including my favorite auto repair place. There are 3 streets of 4plexes adjacent to about 850 homes that are $1.5MM - $2MM in price. Great neighborhood. My wife feels safe walking the dog everywhere in the neighborhood. Property manager/listing agent lives next door. NOTE: Landscaping is not finished. Exterior upgrades planned in the next 6-12 months including fencing, gates, sidewalk and 2 ADUs. There will be no public access to the property when completed. Street parking is generally not a problem before about 5 or 6 pm. RUBS allocation is $65. Pets increase deposit and rent by $50.
