I’ve been a resident at the Parsons for about 6 months now and I couldn’t be happier living here. This is a private, secluded and friendly community located in central Costa Mesa and it’s very quiet and cozy. The vibe here kinda seems like 60’s Palm Springs. The staff here is AMAAZING. Hanna, Raul and Heidi take amazing care of this place and it shows. Every amenity and public area of this community is cleaned and maintained daily. Repairs are made immediately. Plus there’s about a million resturaunt’s and things to explore within a short walk or bike ride. Takes under 10 min to hit the beach on an e-bike. This is a pretty social community and you can tell that most everyone takes pride in living here and keeping it a great place to live. Expect to make new friends if you move here!

I stumbled upon Parsons Apartments quite unexpectedly, as i was delivering a package there. The community is incredibly cute and impeccably clean (trust me, I do deliveries to many apts around the area and most are not this clean) which immediately caught my attention. It's the kind of place that feels like a tucked-away oasis in the midst of the city hustle. I had an encounter with Hannah, the manager as she was heading out to lunch, she kindly took the time to give me a spontaneous tour of one of their studios. Even though the studio I saw is currently a bit out of my budget, I was so impressed with everything Parsons Apartments has to offer that I'm definitely planning to come back soon. If you appreciate a clean, charming community with a personal touch from the management, Parsons Apartments should be at the top of your list. I can't wait to explore more options there and hopefully find my new home sweet home.
