Walking into the unit you have a little mud room to store your shoes and coats that opens up to a spacious living room. Off the living room is the kitchen and each bedroom and bathroom is off of the kitchen that is equipped with refrigerator and oven/stove. Each bedroom has a decent size walk-in closet. The bathroom has a cute little built-in bench. Hardwood/ LVT flooring throughout the apartment. Off-street parking is on a first come first serve basis. On-site Pay laundry available. 12 Month Lease term Tenant responsibilities: Gas, Electric, and snow removal Owner responsibilities: Landscaping, Water, Trash, and Sewer Professionally managed by Nickel City Property Management, Equal Opportunity Housing Provider*** APPLICATION DETAILS*** Application Link Here: https app singlekey com t 04aa3d045648d40f9bf582cc756a04f5 new In order to complete your application, you (and co-applicants) will need to submit proof of verification (paystubs).
