One of the best features of this lovely home is the huge shared yard with a deck—perfect for entertaining and relaxing—with raised beds and plenty of room to expand the garden if the tenant wishes. The workshop at the back of the yard is a great storage space, and sharing with the owner, who will live in a separate unit on the lower level, is negotiable. The chicken house that adjoins the shed is available for chickens. Tenants are welcome to use the driveway on the right side of the house, and there is always plenty of street parking. You'll have nice neighbors in a super safe neighborhood with a great sense of community. And the location is ideal, about a block away from a park, 4 minutes from New Seasons, and right around the corner from Safeway, with easy access to just about anywhere.
