Application fee is $50 per person occupying the unit over the age of 18 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit & one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee: Both are due once the application is approved, the Security Deposit (which is typically equal to one month's rent minus the one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee) and the $350.00 non-refundable Administrative Fee are due and must be received to take the property off the market. Small pets allowed with weight & breed restrictions. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a one time, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet. Please note: -Tenant is responsible for all utilities. -Move-in date must be within one month of receiving rental application. -We only do in person showings. -Applications cannot be submitted until the property has been seen in person. -To schedule a showing please select from one of our available show times.
