Enjoy the soft closing kitchen cabinets and beautiful countertops. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms. Tile & vinyl flooring downstairs with carpet upstairs. Lovely fenced in backyard with a storage closet and a cute patio that makes entertaining a breeze! Washer and dryer hook-ups in a separate utility room (washer & dryer not included). Driveway parking. Convenient to schools, shops, restaurants, interstate, bases and local amenities. Application fee is $50 per person occupying the unit over the age of 18 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit & one-time Non-refundable Administrative Fee: Both are due once the application is approved, the Security Deposit (which is typically equal to one month's rent minus the one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee) and the $350.00 non-refundable Administrative Fee are due and must be received to take the property off the market. Pets are allowed with some weight & breed restrictions. Pet rent is an additional $30.00 each month, per pet. There's also a one time, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet. Please note: -Tenant is responsible for all utilities. -Move-in date must be within one month of receiving rental application. -We only do in person showings. -Applications cannot be submitted until the property has been seen in person. -To schedule a showing please select from one of our available show times. If you are unable to select a time then the showings have all been booked for that day. -Once you have scheduled a showing you will receive another confirmation from ShowMojo when the showing time gets closer. If you do not confirm the appointment at that time then the showing will be automatically canceled by ShowMojo.
