I have lived here for about two months and it is great! The apartments are wonderful inside and out, and the property is kept very clean. The residents are quiet and keep to themselves, but are also very nice in passing. No roaches! There is some ambient noise from the brewery, but you can only hear it a little on the weekends. Personally it doesn’t bother me! The apartments are very spacious, especially for Tempe. Update: Now 2 years at this complex and still no complaints! Maintanance gets to everyone super fast and they are very pleasant and respectful. This property is truly a gem.

I have been in Arizona since 2002 and have lived all over Phoenix with most of those years in apartments. From all of those apartment experiences, I would have to say that Cape Cod Apartments is my favorite of all. I have recommended Cape Cod to a number of friends and co-workers, stating the many reasons this place is so pleasant. The office and maintenance staff are professional with positive, friendly attitudes. All of my needs were met in a very timely manner. I would receive next day service and often times even same day. They take great care and pride in the property. It is truly a wonderful community! Long term resident...
