Lots of upgrades over standard rental homes, we take pride in our homes and expect tenants to do the same. Storage Shed in backyard Large patio in backyard with NO backyard neighbors! Walk out basement All Kitchen Appliances Provided 2 bed and 1 bath upstairs with kitchen & living room - 1 bed and 1 bath downstairs and extra gathering room or etc room off the backyard- Lawn care included with rent Tenant responsible for the following: Utilities : gas, and electric Snow removal Tenant will need to provide a washer and dryer. Please submit an application or fill out our questionnaire PRIOR to any showing of the home. This is how we have done every rental prior and we will continue to do so. We prefer everyone apply through Zillow - Zillow charges one fee for your credit & background check which can then be sent to ANY properties for that month. We are not making any money or charging fees for the application. This is ZILLOW charging to pull this information. Again - NO SHOWINGS - until we know whom we are showing the home to and have background information. First month rent of $1550 and deposit of $1550 due at lease signing. Ready to move in now!
