This home features wood flooring throughout, custom cabinetry, and high ceilings. Two bedrooms with a shared bath are on the second floor, and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom are on the third floor. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, plenty of closet space, a smart TV and a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub shower. The two secondary bedrooms both have queen beds and large closets. The second floor bathroom has a full shower and tub as well. The kitchen and living room are located on the first floor, and are surrounded by windows, bringing in lots of natural light. The Living room is the perfect place to sit and relax while watching the smart TV, hung above a fun yellow fireplace! The kitchen features plenty of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances and a cute breakfast nook! Two off street parking spaces are included with this rental. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement. The Neighborhood - Cannonborough/Elliotborough: The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Chubby Fish, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious croissants and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants.
