Additional family room in the back with an electric fireplace. Washer and dryer hook-ups in a separate utility room (washer & dryer not included). There's a fenced in backyard that makes entertaining a breeze! Brand new carpet and vinyl flooring. Freshly painted. Driveway parking. This home is located in the popular Washington Square Townhouses with easy access to Hilltop Shopping Center, the interstate, medical, bases, beaches! Application fee is $50 per person occupying the unit over the age of 18 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit & one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee: Both are due once the application is approved, the Security Deposit (which is typically equal to one month's rent minus the one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee) and the $350.00 non-refundable Administrative Fee are due and must be received to take the property off the market. Small pets allowed with weight & breed restrictions. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a one time, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet. Please note: -Tenant is responsible for all utilities. -Move-in date must be within one month of receiving rental application. -We only do in person showings. -Applications cannot be submitted until the property has been seen in person. -To schedule a showing please select from one of our available show times.
