I fell in love with this place from the minute I saw it. Very secure and safe which is what I was looking for. The staff willingly made changes in my apartment to make it handicap accessible. You can go to the office almost any time and catch someone there to ask question or get information. The very best thing about this place are the people who live here. And all the activities we get together and become involved in. Monthly crafts, bingo a couple of times a month, play cards several times a week, have a movie night, and even set up a special game night. Plus outside sources come at least once a month or so and do other activities with us. You won't be lonely here.

I stopped in to take a tour in hopes to gather some info for my mother. I was met at the door by Natasha who was extremely friendly and fun. My mom would love her and this adorable place! We ran into a few of the other residents there and they all said they all get together to play cards games and have events. Once she sells that house, i think I will be moving her in here!

I've lived at Regatta 55 for nearly 5 months. I LOVE it here! There's so much to love, I don't know where to begin. The office staff is amazing. Natasha is the best. She's very caring and made obtaining residency here an easy and smooth process. The residents here are friendly and helpful. I love the secure environment. You have to have a key fob to get into the building and up the elevators. There's a kitchen where people can cook for a potluck. We have a potluck every month. There's a dining area that is used for potlucks, although you can eat your own food there any time. There's a theater for watching movies. It's cool and quiet. There are gyms for exercising. There's a common area living room for TV or relaxation or even to mingle with others. There's a game room where people play cards and pool. There are activities every month like Bingo and crafting. The apartments are beautiful. There's a lot of storage which was a big plus for me. There are studios, and one and two bedroom apartments. I love that we have a stackable washer/dryer in our unit. I like that only the bedrooms are carpeted. The bathrooms are spacious with a walk in shower, lots of storage and a high toilet. The balconies are a nice feature for being outside. There's also a covered outside seating area. There's a fire pit, and a grill for cooking, an area for outside dining and a garden where fresh grown veggies are being grown for all to enjoy and a putting green if you enjoy golf. It's pet friendly and has a big dog run for your dogs to enjoy, a mail room and a room for package deliveries. The elevator is a huge plus. It's very quiet here compared to apartment complexes with families rather than 55 and up. There are some apartments like mine that have great views. It's located close to many things like a super Walmart, Walgreens, banks, an optical place, nail salons, fast food and more. It's been very conveniently located for me and my needs. I would highly recommend Regatta 55.
