Cross the street is the best Boulder middle school, and you can enjoy the expensive lawns after school hours. It is conveniently located near US36, foothills and Table Mesa Park-N-Ride. Access to bus routes, open space hiking/biking trails, Tantra park, shopping, restaurants and CU Boulder main/east and future south campuses. The rent is $1530 per month. Owner pays the HOA fee for: Trash, Snow Removal, Lawn Care, Management, Common Utilities, Water (including Hot Water), Electricity, Exterior Maintenance, and Hazard Insurance. The owner also will provide internet (basic speed internet, with modem and router). The ideal move in date is May 16th, but it is kind of flexible if you are the best fit.
