Access to bus routes, open space hiking/biking trails, Tantra park, shopping, restaurants and CU Boulder main/east and future south campuses. The rent is $1530 per month. Owner pays the HOA fee for: Trash, Snow Removal, Lawn Care, Management, Common Utilities, Water (including Hot Water), Electricity, Exterior Maintenance, and Hazard Insurance.
