The neighborhood is serene with a beautiful view of the Flatirons & perfect distance to central Boulder. The leasing process was so easy. Our apartment even came with new appliances! The price is amazing for the Boulder area. The staff were always kind, helpful, & cooperative. I would definitely recommend living here! -Arrianna L
