Reposted from Yelp-I lived at Coronado for my last year of college & it was my favorite place I lived at in Boulder! The neighborhood is serene with a beautiful view of the Flatirons & perfect distance to central Boulder. The leasing process was so easy. Our apartment even came with new appliances! The price is amazing for the Boulder area. The staff were always kind, helpful, & cooperative. I would definitely recommend living here!

Absolutely loved living here. First apartment out of college and first time in Boulder. They set us up good. Since lived in numerous apartments and no management team can hold a candle to Coronado. They were always accommodating and a delight to be around. Loved it!
I've been living at the Coronado apartments for about a year now, and my experience has been wonderful. As an international student, I had many concerns about finding the right place to stay, and I had numerous questions. Ms. Mary from the leasing office was incredibly helpful, addressing all my queries and ensuring a smooth lease signing process. The leasing office has also been very prompt in resolving any issues we've had.
Gary was the leasing agent that kindly took the time to give me a grand tour of the complex and he did a wonderful job!! Gary is detail oriented, kind, understanding, helpful, and gave 5 star service. The apartment he showed me was absolutely lovely and the view of the mountains from these apartments is spectacular. Both Gary and Mary have been very attentive to my emails. They are the type of management anyone would want to work with when it comes to managing their home. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone searching for a safe, stable, reasonably priced apartment!

I have always loved Coronado. I love it for the beautiful landscaping, the friendly staff that are pretty much like extended family, and the really nice location. With new management came changes, to be expected. good changes. The maintenance guys have fixed several things that weren't fixed by old maintenance, including a leaking tub/faucet and very broken garbage disposal. The landscaping always looks well kept and tended to. New staff is friendly, helpful, and will do what they can to help.
We love it here and won't move unless we plan to go back to Saginaw!
I was a resident at Coronado for a year and I want to leave a review for this wonderful complex because I truly love the energy this complex gives to its residents, complex, and fellow staff. Gary, Shelly, the maintenance, and the entire front office are a force to be reckoned with —super supportive and helpful apartment complex. I cannot thank them enough for the help, assistance, and patience they gave to me and my roommate. They were kind and swift with phone calls, maintenance help and any concerns (if they did arise). I am thankful for the maintenance as well: they helped me when I was having trouble dissembling a furniture piece when moving out and were sweet and caring in the process of doing so. They care for their community, have empathy, and care to make sure the residents have a peaceful and happy stay/leave. I am thankful to have had a wonderful experience at coronado.. the workers extended my experience at the coronado apartments to a 5/5 google stat rating.

By far the best location I have lived at in Boulder... And more importantly the leasing staff here is A+. I have always been welcome to chat or stop by the office with an issue ( I rarely have one ) But the fact that you have someone that you can actually talk to and have a conversation with makes the world a difference. And to say that this staff is helpful, you consider it and will work with you on most any problem is an understatement. With Mary at the helm and Greg out front, this is the type of staff that you want when working with a leasing company.
I've been at these apartments since the summer before covid and that being said, I've seen and experienced a lot. If you're moving in, you'll get a brand new or recently renovated apartment. The enclosed on-site trash area is nice, you'll get a private parking spot And the Wi-Fi that is included in your rent has been nearly flawless. You cannot find a better location in southern boulder. Very easy access to 36 and other driving options to get around town, extremely easy access to the two main buses downtown and then the bus to downtown Denver and the airport. So close to many options for hiking and bike riding.
And wow, our on-site full-time maintenance staff could not be better. Jeremy and Ethan are on top of any and all maintenance concerns and I have never had an issue the few times I have had to put in a maintenance request. Issues are handled efficiently and quickly.
If you want to be in a location that can get you anywhere in downtown Boulder, South Boulder, or the hill quickly, as well as easy access to Denver in the airport along with everything else Boulder has to offer, this is the location you want to check out.

I lived in this apartment complex for almost four years, and I can confidently say that it's a great place to live. Although it's an older apartment complex, the management team has done an excellent job accommodating and working towards new renovations, which is highly appreciated. During the pandemic, I shared my opinion that the coin-operated machines were challenging to use due to the coin shortage, but Mary and the team were quick to work on getting new cards or app-activated machines.
Whenever there was maintenance work to be done in units surrounding mine, Mary would always inform me in advance, and I would either work from a coffee shop or adjust my meeting schedule accordingly. The small gym was added into the complex, which was close to my unit, making it very easy and convenient for me to get my workout/movement in during a busy workday without having to drive somewhere else. I also appreciated Frank, the maintenance guy, who went above and beyond to assist me with moving my couch into my unit when I moved in. From that day forward, Frank made it his mission to check in on me and ask about my family back home. He would sometimes take out the trash for me or even help carry groceries upstairs, which was very thoughtful of him.
The only downside was that parking was minimal, and there was not enough street parking for guests, which could be a hassle. However, the towing company would tow a car if it did not have the proper decal (or if they couldn't see it), as this happened to me once, but that's not the apartment complex's fault.
Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values simplicity, lower prices, and convenience. Although people can always find something to complain about with any apartment complex, this one is a great choice for those who want a comfortable living space with a few amenities, easy access to the bus, grocery stores, and other conveniences.
