Living at Two Nine North in Boulder, Colorado, has been the best experience I've ever had in an apartment community. After relocating from Texas, where I previously endured the challenges of HOA communities and various living arrangements across the US, I have finally found a place that feels like home. Over the past two and a half years, I have not encountered any of the typical management or maintenance issues that were so common in my previous residences. The staff here is a standout aspect of Two Nine North. Everyone, from the leasing office to the maintenance team, is incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Melissa in the leasing office deserves special mention for her exceptional service. The maintenance team is run so well!! They are always prompt, courteous, and go above and beyond whenever I need assistance—although, thankfully, such occasions have been rare. This complex truly feels like a community. The atmosphere is stress-free and welcoming, unlike other places I've lived where the staff seemed overwhelmed and avoidant. Here, there’s a sense of well-managed order and effective systems in place to ensure smooth operations. Two Nine North is not only a joy for me but also for my teenage daughter and our dog. The community is very dog-friendly, and all the pet owners here seem responsible and courteous. We enjoy spending time in the well-maintained pool and cabana area, and the hot tub is a favorite during winter. The sky deck offers stunning mountain views, a fireplace, and several grills—it's the perfect spot to watch the sunset and host family gatherings. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed with efficient use of space and modern appliances. Despite the presence of many residents, the building is remarkably quiet. I feel loke Im the only one living here at times. The diverse mix of residents is friendly, adding to the warm community vibe. The neighborhood’s convenience is unbeatable. Essential services and leisure activities are all within walking distance—Trader Joe's, coffee shops, restaurants, yoga studios, and even car repair services are just a block or two away. The proximity to mountain trails, only a 10-minute drive, is a bonus for outdoor enthusiasts. One of my favorite features is the 24/7 coffee bar, which is a lifesaver for me as a grad student needing late-night espresso boosts. The parking garage adds another layer of convenience, eliminating the need to warm up the car or shovel snow in winter, and the additional storage unit helps keep my apartment clutter-free. Overall, living at Two Nine North has been a genuinely wonderful experience. I plan on staying here for many years to come, especially as my daughter finishes high school. It’s a place that has truly changed my view on city living, combining convenience with a sense of community.

Great service from staff (especially from Max), apartment was handed very clean and overall in excellent shape. The apartment building is located in a fantastic area, very close to many shops, grocery stores, and other useful places. As a bonus, it has many amenities such as free coffee and gym that's open all day. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the Boulder area.
