I'm very impressed so far. The location is great. Fae and Dominique have been a huge help in all aspects of my visits and questions.
I have never lived in an apartment before but find myself excited to move in. The apartment I chose will not be ready until October. While they are a little pricey and I may have been able to wait out the algorithm, I didn't want to lose that apartment.
This is a brand new building with great amenities, and as such, I expected it to be a little on the higher end.

I moved in about three weeks ago and I have loved every moment of my experience at Avalon Westminster so far. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Emily in particular has gone above and beyond, helping me throughout the entire process, from touring, to signing the lease, to moving in. I came from a terrible living situation and the mental relief I've felt since moving here has made a lifetime of difference for my health and wellbeing.

I love living here and the amenities are great. Love the pet spa for King. The ladies at the desk are wonderful and always have dog treats for King. We are so happy hear and very welcomed. Just a real pleasent place and wonderful staff!!!!

We moved in a month ago, there has been a couple small maintenance issues but we’re loving it here. The location is great, we are central located to everything, the staff has been amazing and getting to know our neighbors, we love our new apartment! 😍

I have been in every apartment community in Westminster for work. I was involved with Avalon during construction and knew I wanted to live here.
The professional leasing staff guided me to an apartment they knew I would like based on my preferences. The lease and move in process was seamless. I had a few minor maintenance issues that were taken care of same day. The maintenance staff are also very professional and responsive.
I am glad that I moved into Avalon and look forward to enjoying my home.

I recently had the pleasure of touring the brand new Avalon Westminster Promenade, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The office staff - Mackenzie, Dominique, Emily, and Fae - are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They genuinely take the time to get to know you while showing you around the community, making the experience both enjoyable and informative.
Although some of the building is still under construction, what I’ve seen so far is absolutely stunning! The maintenance staff - Jon, Cody, Dilyn, and Victor - deserve a special mention as well. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only friendly but also dedicated to keeping the community looking beautiful.
I’m eagerly awaiting October when the apartment home I’m most interested in becomes available so I can see it. I can’t wait to see what the community looks like when it is finished!

This BRAND NEW apartment complex is absolutely incredible! The units are packed with modern amenities that elevate everyday living, and the management team is nothing short of amazing—always attentive and supportive. The community atmosphere is so welcoming, and the location is unbeatable, just steps away from restaurants, a movie theater, and beautiful trails. Highly, highly recommend!
