Lived here two years. Leasing agents amazing!!! After I moved out I have a really important package they still hold it for me and send me email reminder. Pros: Close to school, walk distance BCycle for students without car! Nice staff, quick maintenance response( I changed a fridge) You can get most of your deposit fee. (I got 80% back reasonable) Cons: It’s not really cheap if you have more time you will be find a more economical house with more furniture or AC and larger space. But you also need to spend more effort. Yes, you get what you pay for.

Moved here from Sterling Boulder Apartments my Junior year at CU and the difference was night and day! For this price, and this close to campus, Timber Ridge is an absolute steal. If you can deal with not having a dishwasher or an in-unit washer/dryer, you probably aren't going to find anything cheaper in the area. Very close to the Engineering Center and a few bus stops which makes it super easy to get to campus. We lived on the 2nd floor, and I heard some mixed reviews from neighbors living on the ground floor, so it may be the case that the 2nd floor apartments are better. Overall, a heck of a deal, highly recommend!
