This is the second time renting this meticulously cared for space, and I'm looking for tenants who will treat it like their own home. Step inside and you'll immediately feel a sense of calm from the tasteful decor and abundance of natural light. The floor plan seamlessly connects the living areas to shared the backyard oasis - an outdoor space perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing amidst the landscaping. The primary suite's surrounding windows provide views of the verdant backyard and persimmon tree. You're located within a short driving distance of downtown Pasadena (8 mins), downtown LA (25 mins), Echo Park/Silverlake (20 mins), and Highland Park (15 mins). We especially love being close to two farmer's markets: South Pasadena on Thursdays and the Pasadena one on Saturdays and a 10 minute drive to the Huntington Library.
