Lovely ground level unit with NO stairs at the entry. The unit has just been painted throughout and professionally cleaned. The kitchen appliances have been recently upgraded and are now black and stainless. The kitchen does have a refrigerator, as per code. This condo has all wood flooring throughout. Directly across the street is an "adult only" pool and spa to be used by the inhabitants of Woodbridge who are 21+ This facility is open 24 hours and may be used by any resident in the area of Woodbridge. The unit also has a dining area off the kitchen with enough space to seat six people at a full sized table. The living room has a sliding glass door to a private patio area which affords complete privacy. The unit also has full sized washer/dryer hookups in the unit. The tenant will need to provide his/her own units Woodbridge has a large association facility whose dues are included in the rental price, giving the tenant a lot of additional enjoyment for the money.
