Kingfield Single Family Home, Washer/Dryer, Newly Finished Floors and Carpet, 1 Car Garage - This home is located a few blocks from both Lakes. It was recently renovated and in excellent condition, photos and video walkthrough are located on the Guardian Property Management website. Walking into the home you will find a very large 3 season porch. on the main level you have newly finished hardwood floors in the living and dining room. Kitchen has a dishwasher and half bath. Just off the kitchen you have access to the small patio and garage access. Basement is also just off the kitchen, basement is unfinished and has laundry. Upstairs you will find a small office, full bath, and both bedrooms. (bedrooms are 12x12 and 9x15) office is 6x6. As a tenant you are responsible for lawn and snow as well as all utilities. USInternet connected. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
