New stainless steel refrigerator, UPGRADED Lighting, GRANITE in the kitchen and ALL the bathrooms. The three bedrooms are on the second floor with a hall bath and primary suite. Closets each have organization systems already installed for easy storage. A gas fireplace makes the living area extra cozy and the kitchen offers a breakfast bar and plenty of room for a dining table. There is a lovely enclosed patio with lots of green space to stretch just outside the gate. A community pool is across the parking lot and will be open for the summer! Utilities paid by tenant include water, gas and electric. Two parking pads in front of unit are for resident use. Dogs considered with separate pet screening through petscreener. com and nonrefundable fee if approved plus $20/month pet rent. Applicants must have verifiable income 3X the monthly rent. There is a one-time administrative fee due at lease signing of $250. We do not advertise on. Security deposit is a minimum of one month rent. No prior evictions or bankruptcies unless discharged.
