There is an open front porch, living/family area with an open staircase to the second floor. The first bedroom on the main floor has a closet. A formal dining room, with an open air deck for evening chilling or grilling. The kitchen has a stove, built in microwave and fridge furnished. The kitchen has a nice amount of cabinet space as well as a pantry. The bathroom is located off the kitchen, with a tub shower combination. The large back yard is fenced in. The second floor has the other 3 bedrooms which each have their own closet. A small hall closet is centrally located. The unfinished basement has the furnace/central AC, water heater and 100 amp breaker system electrical service. A washer and dryer are located in the basement also. Pets are allowed with a $750 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8.
