Another cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath house, this one is on the corner of 26th street and University Ave right next to another house we manage. This house is also one block from UF’s Levin College of Law, on the south side of University avenue so you don’t have to cross that busy intersection! Central heat/ac & washer/dryer, hardwood floors, HUGE YARD. We bought this house in 1936 and have cared for it ever since. Bathroom remodeled in 2010. Plenty of parking
