All utilities will be paid by the renter. Strictly, no pets or smoking is allowed The owner will pay the HOA/CONDO fees. Tenant will be responsible for payment of all utilities. They need to open an account with PEPCO for electricity. Water/Sewer and gas are sub-metered for each unit in the building.
