I'm planing to move out of state by March 16th and need someone to take over my lease in a two bed, one bath apartment right behind Sac State. The place has: convenient location, pool, fitness center, business/hw center, fully furnished room etc. It's also about a 2-minute walk to the river and bike path to Alumni Grove, which leads to campus. The place is fully furnished for students-full bed, desk, lamp, dining set etc. The kitchen is very small but everything else is about average size; there's also a small balcony. I already paid the deposit, so I'd just need to transfer my lease to the person moving in. I've pay the rent for March as well, so you'd pay no deposit and only pay for when you move in (after March 20th) plus a application/back ground check fee of $10.
