Had a tour with Adarius and it was such a great experience. He created a very comfortable space, he was funny, and is clearly knowledgeable about the place. I would’ve signed , if I was not stuck in a lease right now. Hopefully in a couple months, we are able to return to sign a lease!!!

This summer has been one of the most difficult situations I've ever experienced with logistical problems preventing me from moving from Reno to Sacramento. Everyone at Homecoming at Creekside has been cordial and friendly, but Josh Martinez has particularly stood out as a leasing agent with empathy, compassion, determination, resourcefulness, and kindness. He truly listened to what I wanted, he empathized with me when I explained my stressful situation, he always gave me hope that he would help me find an apartment, and he extended compassion when obstacles were preventing me from moving right away. Even though I only met Josh through emails and brief phone conversations regarding finding an apartment at Homecoming at Creekside, he spoke to me as if he truly cared about my situation and wanted to find the best apartment that suited my needs and those of my children. At one point, he could tell how stressed I was and told me, "let us do the work for you and we will take care of it". However, not only did Josh do everything on his end to help me move, but he also helped me figure out what I needed to do at the Lewis Apartments in Reno, to create a smooth, hassle-free transition. Through this review, I have attempted to describe how helpful Josh has been, but I believe this review doesn't do it justice--there are no words to express how wonderful Josh has been to a single mother struggling with an impossible situation just to be able to move to California and make a better life for her children. He truly went above and beyond just to rent an apartment, and although my situation still has not been resolved yet so that I could secure an apartment at Homecoming at Creekside, Josh stood by me with the hope that everything would work out. If anyone deserves a raise and promotion, Josh has earned it several times over! -Gia
