The house's main level features living room, formal dining room, large kitchen with eating nook, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and laundry area. Upstairs there are 3 rooms which may be used as a den/office, craft room or tv room, etc. but which are not legal bedrooms. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer hook-ups. Basic garbage & recycling are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Small pets allowed! Maximum of 2 pets, each 1 year old or older and 35 lbs or less, with pet rent of $25 per month per pet and additional refundable pet deposit.
