An old friend and previous housemate had asked to move in, but cannot do so, so the room is fully available now. I've included photos from pre-furnished and photos of it as it is now - furnished. Very LARGE upstairs MASTER BEDROOM, with TWO closets and very large, and two-sink en-suite bathroom (stand up shower) in Fort Worth. Part of a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Three other employed people reside here- each with his own bedroom and bathroom. Clean, quiet professionals. Amenities include central air, central heat, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, washer-dryer and large, fenced backyard. All utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, internet, air conditioning and water. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: Saturday, November 31st, 2025. $950/month rent. This property is managed by a responsible landlord using Avail landlord software. We have no pets, and cannot accept any. We keep the common areas, especially the kitchen, spotless at all times. We don't leave the kitchen until it is clean. I have been a tenant, a housemate and a landlord over the many years, and I know what makes for a functional household. We keep things very clean, and very quiet. Overnight guests such as family, on rare occasions is fine, with prior notice, but no overnight guests such as girlfriends or boyfriends - those quickly become extra housemates, and that will not be a good fit. Obviously, no smoking in the house, of any kind. We have three quiet, professional men here- Girl Power strongly encouraged. We've had the household rounded out before with a woman, and it worked well. Four guys - meh ... less so. If you reply, please include answers to the following, to the extent you are comfortable doing so: 1) What prompts your departure from your current residence? 2) When would you be able to move in, at the Earliest and Latest? 3) I am a 50+ divorced father of two grown boys. You? 4) Can you demonstrate your ability to pay / what kind of work do you do? 5) Do you require any special accommodations / have any specific household rule preferences? 6) Do you have any child custody situations that would affect the household? 7) What is your work schedule, and do you work from home? 8) What else can you share, that you'd like me to consider? He works for the for the federal government, and I work for a Fortune 50 company, with my divisional headquarters based in Dallas. We are looking for a third individual to share the home in a thoughtful, respectful way. Please reply with a bit about yourself - as much as you are comfortable sharing. Please consider including an explanation of your ability to pay, your preferred move-in date, duration of tenancy, your work schedule (and whether it will be from home or on-site, or a mix thereof) and any special needs you may have. Not accepting pets or couples at this time - just one individual. Occasional overnight from family members is fine, but no frequent overnights of any kind will work.
