About 7512 Bothell Way NE
I just got this new apartment which should be ready to move in by June 1st week Its a 3br 2 bath apartment. I get the master bed with its attached bath. The other two rooms share a bath amongst. I wish to rent out the remaining two rooms. Just need two people( guys or gals ), dont want families or couples with me. Hate family Drama. That does not mean that I am not OK with your BF/GF, i just don't want them staying over with us all the time. Base rent is $525 per person Utilities and internet will be split 3 ways. (~$650 max per person including utilities ) There is a security and damage deposit of $725 ( $625 refundable ) Something about the apartment: The apartment is called Cedar Parks. The rooms measure 9x12.5 and 9x13 ( including the closet and 9x10 without) The apartment is located on Bothell Way The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances( however no utensils or Microwave) Newer, recently cleaned carpet. Completely Unfurnished ( All the rooms are empty) New installed Water heater, etc, Comes with in-House Washer Dryer(full size) Lots of closets, and a small balcony with a storage unit. Bus stop right outside the apartment. Cats / dogs okay but require additional deposit. 5 mins walking distance to groceries, safeway , chase, Grocery Outlet and rite aid Private Carport Available for$25 (Otherwise its first come, first serve) About Me: 25(Male) Strict NON-SMOKER, no drugs at all. Social Drinker Current Full time student at UW Bothell. What I am looking for in a room mate. Absolute no drugs, no pot, no smoking (Smoking is OK if you do it away from the house) Apart from that , we should be good. Just clean up after yourself( at-least the common areas) , make sure you aint smelly. Its going to be your house as much as its gonna be mine. So you need to do what you must to keep it respectable. And once in a while be ready to have some fun. All the rooms are totally bare, so if you got some stuff that you wish to bring along with you, you're more than welcome. The person who decides to move in has to fill out an application and provide application and background verification fee of $40. One Last Thing, Make sure your rental and criminal backgrounds are spotless.
