I've been residing at Telfair Lofts for almost four years now, and I can honestly say I have nothing to complain about. Maintenance, whenever needed, is always super timely and friendly. Management is always pleasant to interact with. The property itself is super pet-friendly, which my incredibly social puppy appreciates more than anything. One of the bigger positives for me, personally, is that the appliances and little details of the apartment are updated and more modern. You're not going to get white appliances, cheap countertops, or anything like that, which puts it a cut above some of the other properties in the area that could really use some minor renovations.

I toured 5 apartments in one day and hands down my experience at Telfair Lofts exceeded the rest. I came to tour and was blown away! The location is perfect, near all stores and restaurants. The spaces are clean, safe and really well designed, all at a price you can't beat. The amenities are great. The pool, outdoor grills, gym, and clubroom are all amazing. More than anything the great service from the office. Jordyn in the leasing office was so kind and willing to assist! Very informative and concise. I received all the information printed clearly and was left without questions in mind. I have complete confidence that they would resolve any issues that came up during the lease. Telfair lofts is by far the best experience I’ve had. Warm and friendly environment. 10/10 would recommend!
