The (roughly) 2,100 square foot condominium includes 2.5 baths , a large living room and kitchen area , a finished basement, washer & dryer in-house, and private parking space along with abundant on-street parking . It is located in wonderful area within walking distance to Cherry Creek trail, several parks, and multiple shopping areas. The room itself is quite spacious, and is right next to the full bathroom. **Please note that this full bathroom would be partly shared with one additional person in regards to the bath/shower. In addition, we do currently have a very friendly dog that stays in the basement and first floor area (he has been trained not to go upstairs). Bringing in additional pets would need to be discussed prior to moving in. A little bit about us; we are both males in our mid-late twenties (26 & 29) and typically work a 9-5 schedule during the weekdays with weekends off. One or both of us may keep slightly late hours occasionally, but are always considerate of other's schedules in the house. One of us occupies the master bedroom upstairs, and the other has a bedroom in the basement area (separated from a common area in the basement).
