Also included right outside your kitchen door - a gas BBQ grill! Hey hey! Since you’ll be circulating between the great outdoors and the indoors, this should make for great cooking and dining al fresco. There’s plenty of space for your patio furniture and outdoor dining set! Cheerful yellow walls and so much light, this place needs to be viewed in person to truly appreciate its gem-like quality. Please do note: laundry and parking are not available. So, get friendly with laundry pick-up apps like Rinse and ride services like Lyft! If you can hang with those details, you can hang in this private garden oasis and call it your new home! P.S. Can’t beat this Santa Monica location. Less than 1 mile from the beach, walkable to all the goodies on Lincoln, on Rose in Venice, that great Whole Foods, and it’s worth mentioning again, the BEACH!
